Yes. Luma starts at complete beginner (A1): she greets you in Swedish, keeps most of the conversation in your own language at first and moves more of it into Swedish as you go. Coach suggestions stay on for beginners, so you always know what you could say next, and the first lessons cover greetings, numbers and everyday phrases.
By hearing it in a sentence often enough, which is the honest answer every Swede gives. Luma corrects the article the moment it comes out wrong, and the word goes into your vocabulary with its article attached, so you learn ett café rather than café. The same goes for word order — the verb in second place stops feeling strange after a few hundred sentences.
As you talk, in the transcript. A slip like "på en café" is highlighted with the fix beside it, "på ett café", and a Why? that explains it in a line. The conversation keeps going. Your slips then come back as quick drills, so the fix sticks.
