Błędy są zaznaczane razem z poprawką, a nowe słowa zapisywane do powtórki.
Nowe słowa i potknięcia zamieniają się w krótkie ćwiczenia: fiszki, dopasowywanie, powiedz to przed Lumą. Pięć minut i wracasz do rozmowy.
Twoja ścieżka dostosowuje się do tego, co już umiesz powiedzieć, i otwiera kolejny etap, gdy jesteś gotowy.

Yes. Luma starts at complete beginner (A1): she greets you in Norwegian, keeps most of the conversation in your own language at first and moves more of it into Norwegian as you go. Coach suggestions stay on for beginners, so you always know what you could say next, and the first lessons cover greetings, numbers and everyday phrases.
Luma speaks Bokmål, the written standard most newcomers learn and the one you'll meet in Oslo, at work and in almost everything you read. Nynorsk isn't a separate option in the app. Norway's dialects are a real part of the language, and Luma won't imitate them, but a Bokmål footing is what lets you follow someone from Bergen or Trøndelag once you're there.
As you talk, in the transcript. A slip like "hvor er stasjon" is highlighted with the fix beside it, "hvor er stasjonen", and a Why? that explains it in a line. The conversation keeps going. Your slips then come back as quick drills, so the fix sticks.
It's one of the gentlest around: no cases, verbs that barely change, and a word order close to English apart from the verb landing in second place. The two things that do take practice are en, ei and et, and the way "the" is glued onto the end of the word. Luma corrects both as they happen and drills them in the Learn path until they come out by reflex.
Yes. Every day includes a free conversation with Luma, plus basic vocabulary practice. Luma Max unlocks unlimited conversations, all scenarios and full personalization, with monthly and yearly plans and a 7-day free trial on the yearly plan.
Yes. Tell Luma what you need, in your own words, and she builds the conversation around it: a job interview, a Monday stand-up, a viewing for a flat, a parents' evening, small talk on the trail. There are hundreds of roleplays and lessons to pick from too, at every level.
